1. How do you usually ship?
We ship mostly by seafreight as the tools are usually made of steel and heavy and the airfreight are sometimes much more than the cost of the tools.
To meet customer's urgent requirements, we ship by regular airfreight or even express mail service like FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT etc. with freight to by on customer's account.
2. What countries do you ship to?
We ship to many countries, please contact us to verify that we are able to ship directly to you. If we are not able to ship directly, we suggest the use of a freight forwarder or broker to have your purchase shipped to you.
3. How much does it cost to ship my order to me?
If you list the items and quantities you are going to order, the address you want the goods to be shipped to, we can process a quote for freight by ship or by air to you. But our quote for freight does not include the import tax, customs clearance fees and other charges you have to pay at your side.
4. What is the lead time?
Special orders take about three weeks.
5. How can I pay for my order?
The most efficient way to pay for your order is by Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union, or Paypal. Please note, there is a USD25.00 processing fee. Irrevocable letter of credit is also acceptable. We don't accept payment by credit card for the time being.
6. What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We are absolutely confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not, return it to us anytime within 60 days and we will be to replace the product, give you credit or refund your money.
7. Do you do private labeling?
For not heavy tools, we can imprint your logo on our tools with our laser labeling machine. We can put your stickers on packages.
8. Can you make tools as per my drawings or sizes?
We have the expertise to design and manufacture the tools to meet your requirements. We can help put your idea to the products you need.
9. Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes, the minimum order requirement is USD300 for all orders.
